My past haunts me,

My future scares me,

And the present is absolutely frighting.

What can I do, I'm scared of everything?

I can't look to the past,

Because it hurts too much.

I can't look forward,

Because I'm scared of what I'll be.

And I can't stay in the present,

Because I'm ashamed of what I am.

What can I do?
